Delicious raisin spiced ham steak, quick and easy and taste great served with baked sweet potato, black eye peas and cornbread. A southern favorite.
Rasin Spiced Ham Steak
1 pound lean ready to eat ham steak
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
2 tablespoons (1 ounce) raisins
Brown and heat ham steak in a nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray.
Remove steak to heated platter. Combine remaining ingredients and cook over
high heat stirring constantly, until mixture is reduced to a few tablespoons.
Pour mixture over ham steak.
