Italian Pork Chops

These italian pork chops are excellent served with a green salad, southern fried corn, green beans and warm rolls.

Italian Pork Chops

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Brown pork chops and remove from skillet. Saute onions and pepper. Add tomatoes, rice, broth and spices.

Put chops on top and bake, covered, at 350 for 30 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed and rice is done.

This is good for electric skillet.
